Peace of body and mind

Rowan gives an amazing massage and is extremely down to earth. I am not the most “in touch with my spiritual side” kind of person…I’m more of a corporate cocktails kind of gal. Thank goodness Rowan could recognize how to be straight forward with me and help me relax and find alternative coping mechanisms that didn’t make me feel like I was spoon fed bunnies in a field. I really respect and cherish her ability to read me and know what advice I would take seriously. Shucks I am out of space!

Best prenatal massage

Very relaxing massage that targeted my areas of concern (hips, symphysis, and trapezoids). The ergonomic pillows were the most comfortable I have used for a prenatal massage. Rowan is awesome.

Lovely massage

Rowan made me feel welcome in her beautiful studio and then gave me a very nice massage that released the tension in my shoulders, neck and lower back. I loved that she took time to talk with me about my body’s history before she worked on me. Rowan’s warmth, kindness, and down to earth humor were wonderful,too. I kind of floated my way back home. I highly recommend Rowan!

Magical!

I used Rowan’s services the day I went into labor. She made my home birth experience much more comfortable! My labor progressed fast after she worked on me. Her style is magical!I also had a postpartum massage. It energized me and helped me feel “normal” again.

Scar therapy

Ummm- awesome. I have a new scar from and emergency c-sec that I knew it needed help with and after reading previous others reviews I knew where I needed to go. Rowan helped me with that scar, a surgical hernia, and addressed my DR (I’m like a box check mix bowl of f-ed up tummy problems). Best of all- we talked about what I could do at home to help as well. This girl right here… Legit.

Rowan is the bomb.

Going to see Rowan is so much more than just getting a massage. She is really great at finding the areas on my body where I am carrying my stress and helping me to feel better physically and mentally. I recently started doing abdominal massage with Rowan. She is so knowledgeable about healing, I am optimistic that with Rowan’s help, the fertility issues my husband and I are having will be resolved. Keep your fingers crossed for us!!!
