Rowan is wonderful. I am so grateful for her and the work that she does. Arvigo should be an essential part of self-care for every woman. Rowan was very welcoming and really cool about me being late, unprepared, etc. Her intake is detailed, and she actively listens. You can tell that she loves her work. The session was completely unhurried. The massage itself was really comforting, healing and informative. I love that she teaches self-care techniques throughout, as well. Thank you!
